Registration and Contract forms will be sent thru Email.
Families will have the option to send it back thru Email or by visiting CCDA office.
To ensure seamless registration, please submit your completed paperwork prior to your child’s commencement at the dayhome.
CCDA will send links on how to apply for Child Care subsidies/grants.

CCDA and families will make arrangements for monthly fee payment through automatic monthly withdrawal.
Upon receipt and verification of your comprehensive file, CCDA will finalize your start date in collaboration with your selected Educator.
Concurrently, we will equip them with the essential details pertaining to your child for a smooth transition.
