While we can provide fee suggestions based on the rates set by others in your locality, ultimately, you have the flexibility to determine the charges that you find appropriate.
No need to worry about that! CCDA will handle the collection of all parent fees for you. Parents enter into a contract and fee agreement with our agency, which is based on the fee you choose to charge.
At the end of each month, send us an invoice using our provided template. Your payment will be deposited into your bank account. When you sign up, we’ll need an auto deposit form or a void cheque from you.

Following government guidelines, your dayhome can accommodate up to 6 children, aside from your own kids.
This includes a maximum of two children under 2 years old and three children under 3 years old. If your available space is smaller, you might need to lower this capacity.
The limit of 6 children does not include your own kids. Yet, they are counted in the age ratios, where a maximum of 3 children should be under the age of 3.
No education is necessary to begin your day home.
However, obtaining your Early Childhood Education (ECE) Level 1 is mandatory within 3 – 6 months of signing the contract, and this training is entirely cost-free.
Once you acquire your ECE Level 1 or higher, you become eligible for government wage top-ups.
